The liver is one of the important organs of the animal body, which plays an important role in the metabolism of the material. In terms of physical function, there is great potential power and compensatory ability. If some of the liver dysfunction, changes in the amount of its metabolites, often can not find out the extent of the disorder. At present, in clinical aspects, the degree of disorder of liver function is inferred based on the change of some enzymes in the blood of the patient. In fact, does not fully reflect the extent of the liver substantive lesions; because of certain changes in the blood enzymes, and the permeability of the cell membrane, the size of the enzyme molecule, the presence of intracellular state, blood inhibitors and activators The content, as well as the functional status of the whole body of animals, are closely related. We want to observe the whole animal.
