从去年2月至今年2月,上海、深圳两个股票交易市场股市价格长期低迷,下跌幅度达50％。上海证交所指数从去年2月的1500多点跌至现在的760点左右。去年入市的股民多数被套牢,整个股市气氛低沉,股民忧心忡仲。原因何在,应该采取什么措施,才会使沪、深股市摆脱目前局面而再度辉煌?记者日前就此问题访问了著名经济学家、北京大学教授肖灼基。
From February last year to February this year, the prices of stock markets in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets have been downturn for a long time, dropping by 50%. The Shanghai exchange index dropped from around 1,500 points in February last year to around 760 points today. Most of the shareholders who entered the market last year were stuck with the stock market gloom and investors worried. What is the reason and what measures should be taken to make Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets get rid of the current situation and once again brilliant?
