目的探讨神经肌电图在诊断运动神经元病中的作用。方法选测3个以上有或无病理改变的肢体的肌电图及神经电图。结果大多数肌肉出现插入电位延长和/或出现少量~大量(+~+++)纤颤、正锐波,运动单位电位高宽,重收缩时运动单位电位募集密度减小,小部分患者运动神经传导速度减慢、运动末梢潜伏时延迟。感觉神经传导基本正常。结论神经肌电图在诊断运动神经元病中有非常重要的意义。
Objective To explore the role of neuromuscular electrogram in the diagnosis of motor neuron disease. Methods Three or more EMGs and neuro-electrograms of three or more limbs with or without pathological changes were selected.
