骨转移是前列腺癌的晚期表现之一,而且绝大部分前列腺癌骨转移灶表现为成骨性病变。骨形态发生蛋白7是强力骨诱导因子,不仅可以诱导成骨细胞分化标志物,还可刺激软骨细胞标志物的表达。前列腺癌骨转移倾向的内在分子机制一直是人们研究的重点。目前人们所接受的是Paget提出的“种子与土壤”学说,越来越多的实验和临床研究结果显示骨形态发生蛋白7在前列腺癌骨转移过程中起着重要的作用。
Bone metastasis is one of the late manifestations of prostate cancer, and most of the prostate cancer bone metastases showed osteogenic lesions. Bone morphogenetic protein-7 is a potent osteoinductive factor that not only induces osteoblast differentiation markers but also stimulates the expression of chondrocyte markers. The intrinsic molecular mechanism of prostate cancer bone metastasis has always been the focus of research. At present, people have accepted the “seed and soil” theory proposed by Paget. More and more experimental and clinical studies have shown that BMP7 plays an important role in the bone metastasis of prostate cancer.
