目的建立甘西鼠尾草总酚酸提取物的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别,对水分和灼烧残渣检查进行限度控制,采用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果甘西鼠尾草总酚酸提取物的薄层色谱分离效果良好,荧光斑点清晰;确定甘西鼠尾草总酚酸提取物中水分不得超过5%,炽灼残渣不得超过10%,总酚酸含量不得少于35%。结论所建立的甘西鼠尾草总酚酸提取物的鉴别、检查及含量测定方法能够较好地控制甘西鼠尾草总酚酸提取物的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of total phenolic acids extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods Thin layer chromatography was used to identify and control moisture and residue on ignition, and the content was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results The results showed that the total phenolic acids extracted by TLC were well separated and the spots were clear. The determination of total phenolic acids extract of Salvia yunnanensis did not exceed 5% and the residue on ignition should not exceed 10% Phenolic acid content of not less than 35%. Conclusion The identification, examination and content determination of total phenolic acids extract of S. koraiensis can control the quality of total phenolic acids extract of S. koraiensis.
