针对分动器箱体复杂结构,将基于变密度的拓扑优化分析方法应用到汽车变速箱箱体的结构设计。将结构的最小柔度作为优化目标,以体积分数、位移、应力、模态频率和加工方式为约束条件,分别展开了箱体结构外廓和内部加强筋板结构的拓扑优化分析,并对优化设计的箱体结构进行了静强度和模态分析。结果表明:箱体结构静强度和模态频率均高于设计指标,实现了复杂箱体结构的拓扑优化设计。
Aiming at the complicated structure of the transfer case, the topology optimization method based on variable density is applied to the structural design of the gearbox of the automobile. Taking the minimum flexibility of the structure as the optimization objective and the constraints of the volume fraction, the displacement, the stress, the modal frequency and the processing method, the topology optimization of the box structure and the internal stiffener structure are respectively carried out. The design of the box structure was static strength and modal analysis. The results show that the static strength and modal frequency of the box structure are higher than the design indexes, and the topology optimization design of the complex box structure is realized.
