目前,同工酶电泳是一项应用较广泛的生化监测方法。可是,我们在进行以醋酸纤维膜为支持物的同工酶电泳的实验时,感到加样很不方便,于是,根据实际的需要,自制了同工酶电泳C_(82-1)简易加样器。现介绍如下: 一、加样器的结构: C_(82-1)加样器,由三个部份组成。加样器,样品池,点样底座。材料都是国产有机玻璃。 1.加样器;是一块长138mm,宽60mm;厚1.5 mm的有机板。加样器的中央有两片夹板为防止加样器变形,加样器的两个长边是锯齿状加样齿,共有12个,两齿间隔4mm,两端留边各3mm,每个加样齿长7mm,每个齿的加样面中间都刻一条细沟(图 2-A)。 2.样品地:是一块厚 8mm;长170mm;宽10mm有机板。板底面沾一块玻璃防止样品地变形。正面用热铁片烙成12个与加样齿大小和间隔相应的凹
