笔者在多年的口才课教学中摸索出一套“阶段训练法”,以提升学生的实际表达能力为基本目标,从教学内容、教学手段、考核体系等多个角度入手,增加学生实际训练的内容,将训练内容创新性的分为基础素质、综合素质、实用口才三个阶段,使口才的提高训练循序渐进,在实际教学中取得了较好的效果。
During the years of eloquence teaching, the author explored a set of “stage training method” to enhance the students’ actual ability of expression as the basic goal, starting from the teaching content, teaching methods, assessment system and other angles to increase the actual training of students , The training content is divided into innovative three basic qualities, comprehensive quality, practical eloquence of three stages, so that eloquence improve training step by step, in the actual teaching has achieved good results.
