一般认为Ca~(2+)代谢异常与心肌疾病发生有关,Ca~(2+)超负荷可能影响心肌的能量代谢及心室功能,但其机制不清。因为心肌炎与心肌病病人体内存在抗 ADP/ATP载体的自身抗体,作者研究了抗 ADP/ATP载体抗体及心肌炎病人自身抗体对离体培养心肌细胞 Ca~(2+)电流的影响。临床怀疑为心肌炎的18例病人,据心肌活检组织病理学检查,9例为急性恢复期病人,另9例为已恢复病人。5例冠心病病人和20例健康献血员作
It is generally believed that abnormal Ca ~ (2+) metabolism is related to the occurrence of myocardial diseases. Ca ~ (2+) overload may affect myocardial energy metabolism and ventricular function, but its mechanism is unclear. Because autoantibodies against ADP / ATP are present in patients with myocarditis and cardiomyopathy, we investigated the effects of autoantibodies against ADP / ATP carrier and myocarditis on Ca2 + currents in cultured cardiomyocytes. Eighteen patients with clinical suspicion of myocarditis were examined by histopathological examination of cardiac biopsies, nine patients were acutely convalescent and the other nine patients were recovered. 5 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 20 healthy blood donors
