基于结构性能的抗震设计理论是９０年代国际地震工程界提出的新概念，是抗震设计理念上的一次变革。本文阐述了基于结构性能的抗震设计理论产生的背景、基本内容、主要特点及发展概况，并结合我国抗震设计理论和实际的现状就其研究和应用前景进行了展望。
Seismic design theory based on structural performance is a new concept proposed by the international seismic engineering community in the 90’s and is a revolution in the concept of seismic design. In this paper, the background, basic content, main features and development overview of seismic design theory based on structural performance are expounded, and the prospect of its research and application prospects are discussed based on the theory and actual status of seismic design in our country.
