探讨CTLL2细胞增殖检测单核/巨噬细胞ADCC效应方法的应用价值,利用此方法检测比较了健康志愿者外周血单核细胞ADCC效应和非特异杀伤效应,LPS刺激单核细胞前后其ADCC效应变化。结果表明检测单核细胞ADCC效应和非特异杀伤效应不存在相关性(P>0.05),活化后单核细胞ADCC效应较活化前明显增强(P<0.01),提示CTLL2细胞增殖检测单核/巨噬细胞ADCC效应方法是特异、灵敏的实验方法,为临床广泛研究单核/巨噬细胞ADCC效应提供一种可靠的检测手段。
To explore the value of CTLL2 cell proliferation detection of monocyte / macrophage ADCC effect method, using this method to detect and compare ADCC effect and non-specific killing effect of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in healthy volunteers, LPS-stimulated monocytes before and after ADCC effect changes . The results showed that there was no correlation between the detection of monocyte ADCC and non-specific killing effect (P> 0.05), and the activation of monocytes ADCC effect was significantly enhanced (P <0.01), suggesting CTLL2 cell proliferation assay The monocyte / macrophage ADCC effect method is a specific and sensitive experimental method, which provides a reliable detection method for widely studying the ADCC effect of monocyte / macrophage clinically.
