农民职业教育是社会主义新农村建设,全面实现社会主义小康社会的基础。发展农民职业教育是解决“三农”问题的关键,解决好当前农民职业教育存在诸多问题,发挥各级政府的主导作用,建立农民职业教育网络,开展多类型、多层次农民职业技术培训,才能为农业培养大批管理和技术人才,为农村劳动力向城镇城市转移和农村经济发展创造条件。
Vocational education of peasants is the foundation for building a new socialist countryside and realizing an overall well-to-do society.
