结合舟山传统水产养殖业存在的问题,提出了基于追溯技术的舟山水产养殖业可持续发展理念,并以嵊泗贻贝为试点,进行了追溯技术在贻贝产业中的应用研究。通过追溯技术的试点应用研究,从社会、经济和环境三个维度分析了现代追溯技术对舟山水产养殖业可持续发展的影响。本研究对解决舟山传统水产养殖业中的质量安全问题、提高养殖产业的信息化水平和产品品牌形象、规避贸易壁垒、进行产业转型升级、实现可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。
Combined with the existing problems of traditional aquaculture in Zhoushan, the concept of sustainable development of aquaculture in Zhoushan based on traceability technology was put forward. The application of traceability technology in mussel industry was carried out with Shengsi mussel as the pilot project. Through the retrospective application of pilot applications, this paper analyzes the impact of modern retrospective technology on the sustainable development of aquaculture in Zhoushan from the three dimensions of society, economy and environment. This study is very important to solve the problems of quality and safety in Zhoushan traditional aquaculture, improve the informationization level of aquaculture industry and product brand image, avoid trade barriers, carry on industrial transformation and upgrade, and realize sustainable development.
