针对双喷嘴挡板阀的特性,推导了阀控缸的运动方程,建立了喷挡阀控缸非线性模型,并对其进行了仿真,通过仿真结果得到了系统的压力流量曲线和负载压力随阀芯位移变化的曲线,而以往的分析都是在小范围内近似线性化,这是不精确的。在此基础上,运用非线性控制理论对其进行分析,采用输入-输出的精确线性化对其进行了局部反馈线性化,获得了它的线性化模型,并分析了系统的零动态稳定性,为系统适用线性控制理论奠定了理论基础。
According to the characteristics of double nozzle flapper valve, the equation of motion of valve control cylinder is deduced, and the nonlinear model of control valve of the valve is established. The simulation results show that the pressure flow curve and load pressure Spool displacement curve, while the previous analysis are linear approximation in a small area, which is not accurate. On the basis of this, the nonlinear feedback control theory is used to analyze the model. The input-output precise linearization is used to localize the feedback linearization. The linearized model is obtained and the zero dynamic stability of the system is analyzed. It lays a theoretical foundation for the system to apply linear control theory.
