甜菜抗病研究是目前甜菜研究领域的热门课题之一。关于甜菜抗细菌、真菌以及病毒病害的研究已取得一定进展。其基本思路是通过常规育种和生理基础研究,借助分子生物学手段获得抗(耐)病甜菜新品种(系)。本文从抗病生理基础和抗病生物技术研究两个方面,对甜菜抗病研究的近期成果进行综述,以期为甜菜抗病研究提供理论参考。
Beet disease resistance research is currently one of the hot topics in the field of sugar beet. Some progress has been made on the research on beet’s resistance to bacteria, fungi and viruses. The basic idea is to acquire new varieties (lines) of resistant beet by means of molecular biology through routine breeding and physiological basic research. In this paper, we reviewed the recent achievements in the research of sugarbeet resistance from the aspects of disease-resistance physiology and disease-resistant biotechnology, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the research of sugarbeet resistance.
