目的探讨传统手术与鼻内镜辅助手术治疗嗅神经母细胞瘤(ONB)的临床疗效。方法开展鼻内镜手术前收治的ONB患者20例给予传统手术治疗,为传统手术组;开展鼻内镜手术后收治的24例ONB患者给予鼻内镜辅助手术治疗,为鼻内镜辅助手术组,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者3内局部复发率和术后3年生存率的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);鼻内镜辅助手术组患者的复发时间显著长于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助手术治疗ONB患者疗效确切,能够显著缩短患者复发时间,配合术后放射治疗,可获得理想疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of olfactory neuroblastoma (ONB). Methods Twenty patients with ONB who were treated before endoscopic sinus surgery were treated with traditional surgery and were treated by conventional surgery group. Twenty-four patients with ONB who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were treated with endoscopic assisted surgery. , Comparing the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results There was no significant difference in the local recurrence rate between the two groups and the 3-year survival rate after surgery (all P> 0.05). The recurrence time of the endoscopic assisted surgery group was significantly longer than that of the conventional surgery group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with ONB is effective and can significantly shorten the recurrence time, with the postoperative radiotherapy, to obtain the desired effect, is worth clinical promotion.
