电力工程项目的建设施工具备投资成本高、项目施工技术要求高、工程量繁杂以及工程项目周期较长等特点,因此必须签订相应的电力工程项目合同,对施工项目进行规范化管理,明确项目施工的责任和义务,以保证工程的施工质量以及工期,并降低项目成本。本文就电力建设施工的项目合同进行研究,并针对其中存在的问题提出相应的管理措施。
