2011年12月20日,由中国化工经济技术发展中心主办、本刊承办的2012石油和化工经济形势展望论坛在北京西藏大厦举行。会议以“研判形势、展望2012”为主题,重点辨析国内外经济环境变化、探讨研判行业发展走势。工业和信息化部运行监测协调局副局长黄利斌出席会议并作报告,中国石油和化学工业联合会副会长兼秘书长赵俊贵向大会致辞,中国化工经济技术发展中心副主任魏乃新主持论坛。会议邀请了多位业内外的学者、专家和市场分析人士做专题解析,各抒己见。来自政府有关部门、专业协会、省市行管办、石油化工企业、化工园区、金融证券公司、研究机构以及新闻媒体的代表百余人参加了会议。本刊撷取会议精华,以飨读者。
On December 20, 2011, organized by China National Chemical Economic and Technological Development Center, the magazine’s 2012 Oil and Chemical Economic Outlook Forum was held in Tibet Tower in Beijing. Meeting to “judge the situation, look 2012 ” as the theme, focusing on the analysis of domestic and international economic changes in the environment, to explore the trend of judging the industry. Huang Libin, deputy director of Operation Monitoring and Coordination Bureau of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting and made a speech. Zhao Jungui, vice president and secretary general of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, addressed the conference and Wei Naixin, deputy director of China National Chemical and Economic Technology Development Center, presided over the forum. The meeting invited a number of industry scholars, experts and market analysts to do thematic analysis, to express their views. More than 100 representatives from relevant government departments, professional associations, provincial and municipal administrative offices, petrochemical enterprises, chemical parks, financial and securities companies, research institutions and the news media attended the conference.
