伴随着经济型酒店业的垄断竞争不断加剧,成本控制成为竞争胜利的重要手段。本文引入价值工程理论(VE),从另一角度通过定量和定性的分析,找出经济型酒店成本的问题所在,为实现酒店成本与功能的良好配比以及成本控制提供了科学的决策依据。
With the continuous monopolistic competition in the economy hotel industry, cost control has become an important means of competition and victory. In this paper, the value engineering theory (VE) is introduced, from another perspective through quantitative and qualitative analysis, to find out the problems of economy hotel cost, and to provide scientific decision-making basis for the realization of hotel cost and function of good ratio and cost control.
