目的比较上海地区拔牙与不拔牙矫治后的舌侧弓形的特点。方法测量拔除上下颌双侧第一前磨牙和不拔牙正畸矫治后模型(各30副)得出牙弓的宽度和长度,测量值进行统计分析,将测量结果输入MATLAB 6.1和Plotviewer软件分别拟合出拔牙和不拔牙牙弓的标准舌侧弓形作分析比较。结果拔牙组前牙区舌侧牙弓宽度、深度均大于不拔牙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前磨牙区、磨牙区舌侧牙弓宽度和深度不拔牙组均大于拔牙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的牙弓形态前牙区较一致,前磨牙、第一磨牙区差异较大,从第一磨牙向后弓形又趋于一致。讨论上海地区拔牙与不拔牙矫治后的舌侧弓形整体形态相似,但拔牙组前部弓形较不拔牙组深。
Objective To compare the characteristics of lingual arch after tooth extraction and non-extraction in Shanghai. Methods The width and length of the dental arch were obtained after removing the bilateral first premolar and the non-extractive orthodontic model (30 in each). Discuss the general morphology of lingual arch after tooth extraction and non-extraction treatment in Shanghai, but the anterior arch of the tooth extraction group is deeper than the non-extraction group.
