针对地形相对平坦的地理条件,重庆笋溪河大桥采用半跨钢箱拱肋整体预制和吊装合龙的施工方法,该文对吊装方案进行了比选,分析钢箱卧式平吊过程中吊点处钢箱局部受力特性,分别对钢箱吊点处不设置加强钢板和设置加强钢板建立有限元模型分析钢箱局部变形和应力状态;分析设置加钢板钢箱局部受力的传递特性。得出钢箱设置加强钢板吊装时变形很小、钢箱受力均匀,更能满足钢箱卧式平吊方案。
