本文利用包括作者参与开发的大量微观数据,动态描述上海市外来人口及农民工的总体形象,特别是他们的变化过程。全文分4个部分:①概况描述改革开放30年来上海市的人口变动及其主要特征;②利用有关数据,实证分析外来人口、农民工的基本属性和居住空间的变化;③定量分析外来就业人员的工作、工资等情况;④简短的小结。 In this paper, a large number of micro-data including the author's participation in the development are used to describe the overall image of migrants and migrant workers in Shanghai, especially their changing process.
