文章从起诉的角度指出,侦查人员在侦破毒品案件的过程中要有审判意识;各级领导应理性地看待战果;组建专业部门和配以专门的装备打击毒品犯罪。
From the perspective of prosecution, the article points out that investigators should have a sense of trial in the process of detecting drug cases. Leaders at all levels should take a rational view of the outcome. They should set up professional departments and be equipped with special equipment to combat drug crimes.
