近年来,随着对恶性肿瘤发病机制的深入研究,发现大部分恶性肿瘤发生发展与信号转导通路的缺陷和异常活化密切相关。干预信号转导也成为治疗肿瘤的新方向。GRB7/ERK/FOXM1信号通路参与细胞增殖与分化、细胞形态维持、细胞骨架的构建、细胞凋亡和细胞的恶变等多种生物学反应,其异常活化与人体许多恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。针对该通路与卵巢癌的关系综述如下。
In recent years, with the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of malignant tumors, found that most of the occurrence and development of malignant tumors and signal transduction pathway defects and abnormal activation are closely related. Intervention signal transduction has also become a new direction for the treatment of tumors. GRB7 / ERK / FOXM1 signaling pathway is involved in a variety of biological reactions such as cell proliferation and differentiation, cell morphology maintenance, cytoskeleton construction, apoptosis and cell malignant transformation. The abnormal activation of GRB7 / ERK / FOXM1 signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of many human malignancies . A summary of the relationship between this pathway and ovarian cancer is given below.
