目的:观察紫外分光光度法测定复方软膏剂中过氧苯甲酰含量的有效性。方法:采用紫外分光光度计扫描检测样品中过氧苯甲酰的吸收波长,并以吸光度为指标,测定过氧苯甲酰成分的含量。结果:过氧苯甲酰在0.005~0.025mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,且样品过氧苯甲酰含量符合设计要求。结论:紫外分光光度法可用于检测复方软膏剂中过氧苯甲酰的含量,方法合理,操作简单,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effectiveness of UV spectrophotometry in the determination of benzoyl peroxide in compound ointment. Methods: The absorption wavelength of benzoyl peroxide in the sample was detected by UV spectrophotometer, and the content of benzoyl peroxide was determined by absorbance. Results: The linearity of benzoyl peroxide in the range of 0.005-0.025 mg / mL was good, and the content of benzoyl peroxide in the sample satisfied the design requirements. Conclusion: UV spectrophotometry can be used to detect the content of benzoyl peroxide in compound ointment. The method is reasonable, the operation is simple and the result is accurate.
