一、文史资料委员会成立前1951年,经毛泽东提议而设置了“中央文史馆”(是建国初期把一部分有影响的老年知识分子养起来的机构),首任馆长为毛之恩师、文字学家符定一。随后地方也逐渐设立各省市的文史馆(有时也叫“参事室”)。其中各色人等,三教九流,五花八门。虽然其人员政治面目暧昧不清,但政治立场绝不能摇摆不定。这是官方设置各级文史馆的底线。从官方定位看,文史机构与文史馆都属统战单位。其成员多具荣誉身份。
First, before the founding of the Literary Historical Data Committee in 1951, the “Central Museum of Cultural History” was set up on the proposal of Mao Zedong (the institution that supported some of the influential senile intellectuals in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China). The first curator was Mao’s teacher, Text experts Fuyi one. Subsequently, local literature and art museums (sometimes called “counselors rooms”) were gradually established in various provinces and cities. Among them, all kinds of people, all sorts of friends, varied. Although its personnel are politically ambiguous, their political stance must not be wavering. This is the official setting of the bottom line of the History Museum at all levels. Judging from the official position, both the institutions of cultural history and the Museum of Cultural History belong to the united front unit. Its members have more honor status.
