为研究偏头痛发作间歇期脑血流动力学改变,对108例偏头痛患者进行TCD检测。结果发现有先兆偏头痛(典型偏头痛)与无先兆偏头痛(普通偏头痛)脑血流动力学改变无显著区别。108例中血流速度增高54例(50%),血流不对称24例(222%),血流速度减低8例(74%)。说明偏头痛间歇期多数患者脑血流动力学仍处于异常状态,以血流速度增高为主。TCD对于诊断偏头痛及研究其病理生理、指导治疗有一定的价值
In order to study the intermittent cerebral hemodynamic changes in migraine attacks, TCD was performed in 108 migraineurs. The results showed no significant difference in cerebral hemodynamic changes between aura migraine (typical migraine) and aura migraine (general migraine). In 108 cases, 54 cases (50%) had increased blood flow velocity, 24 cases (22.2%) had asymmetrical blood flow, and 8 cases (74%) reduced blood flow velocity. That the majority of patients with migraine intermittent cerebral hemodynamics is still in an abnormal state, mainly to increase blood flow velocity.
