RT-PCR检测人甲状旁腺有无磷钠转运体Pit-1mRNA表达;高磷、膦甲酸钠(PFA)刺激体外培养的人甲状旁腺组织,观察PTH分泌量的变化。发现甲状旁腺表达Pit-1;高磷通过作用于Pit-1促进PTH分泌,而PFA抑制其分泌。
The expression of Pit-1 mRNA in human parathyroid glands was detected by RT-PCR. High phosphorus (PFA) -stimulated human parathyroid tissue was cultured in vitro to observe the changes of PTH secretion. The parathyroid gland was found to express Pit-1; high phosphorus promoted PTH secretion by acting on Pit-1, whereas PFA inhibited its secretion.
