电力辅助服务是电力市场中确保电网安全、稳定运行的一个重要手段。对我国AGC辅助服务市场中AGC机组优化调度问题进行了研究,给出了适合于现阶段我国国情的优选AGC机组的数学模型,并给出了几种AGC服务交易的付费形式。通过实际系统的算例证明,所提出的模型和算法是正确可行的。
Electricity auxiliary service is an important means in the power market to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid. The optimal scheduling problem of AGC units in the AGC auxiliary service market in China is studied. The mathematical model of AGC units suitable for the current situation in China is given, and several payment forms of AGC service transactions are given. The actual system example proves that the proposed model and algorithm are correct and feasible.
