从美国国内的放松管制,到美国不断推行天空开放,再到欧洲的航空运输自由化,表明了世界民用航空运输发展的一种趋势——不断的放松管制和自由化。而放松管制和自由化的最直接受益者就是航空强国和强大的航空公司。近年来,亚太地区的自由化进程不断加快,随着这一地区民航运输快速增长,欧美国家要求亚太国家开放市场的要求也不断增强。也正是在这一背景下,亚太地区的低成本航空公司快速发展起来。
From the deregulation in the United States to the continuing push by the United States to liberalize air transport to the sky and to Europe, it shows the trend of world civil air transport development - ever deregulation and liberalization. The most direct beneficiaries of deregulation and liberalization are aviation powerhouses and powerful airlines. In recent years, the process of liberalization in the Asia-Pacific region has been accelerating. With the rapid growth of civil aviation in the region, the demands of the European and American countries for opening markets to the Asia-Pacific countries have also been continuously enhanced.
