棉花栽培品种鲁棉一号的叶片生长可分为快速生长阶段约20天,定长阶段约20~25天,以后进入衰老阶段,叶色退黄,干物量下降,约20~30天脱落。叶片生长包括叶片面积的扩展,叶片厚度与重量的增加。叶片面积与厚度、叶片面积与重量间均有显著的正相关,与叶片日龄间也有显著正相关,但排除日龄的影响,在叶片日龄不变的情况下,叶片面积与厚度,叶片面积与重量间则无显著的偏相关。光合速率与全氮含量间有显著的正相关,与叶片日龄间有显著的负相关,排除日龄的影响,光合速率与全氮含量间仍有显著的正相关。光合速率与叶绿素含量间无显著相关。叶片光合速率与全氮含量间在测定的数据范围内回归方程为(?)=0.822+6.822Y。
Leaf growth of cotton cultivars LUMIAN 1 can be divided into rapid growth stage of about 20 days, fixed-length stage of about 20 to 25 days later into the aging stage, leaves color yellow, dry matter decreased about 20 to 30 days off. Leaf growth includes an increase in leaf area, an increase in leaf thickness and weight. There was a significant positive correlation between leaf area and thickness, leaf area and weight, and also significant positive correlation with leaf age. Excluding the influence of age, leaf area and thickness, There was no significant partial correlation between area and weight. There was a significant positive correlation between photosynthetic rate and total nitrogen content, and there was a significant negative correlation between photosynthetic rate and leaf nitrogen age. Excluding the influence of age, there was a significant positive correlation between photosynthetic rate and total nitrogen content. There was no significant correlation between photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content. The regression equation between leaf photosynthesis rate and total nitrogen content was (?) = 0.822 + 6.822Y within the range of the measured data.
