研究了三氟丙基甲基硅氧烷/二甲基硅氧烷共聚物的性能,尤其是其低温特性,并与通用氟硅橡胶进行了对比。实验结果表明该共聚物有较好的耐油性能和优异的低温性能。共聚物在-60℃下的压缩耐寒系数为0.73,而通用氟硅橡胶仅为0.03。共聚物在-70℃下的压缩耐寒系数仍达0.59。DMTA分析也表明共聚物的损耗模量峰在-84.4℃,通用氟硅橡胶在-62.4℃,共聚物比通用氟硅橡胶具有更好的低温性能。
The properties of trifluoropropylmethylsiloxane / dimethylsiloxane copolymers, especially their low temperature properties, were investigated and compared with those of general fluorosilicone rubber. The experimental results show that the copolymer has good oil resistance and excellent low temperature performance. The compressive cold resistance of the copolymer at -60 ° C was 0.73, whereas that of the general fluorosilicone rubber was only 0.03. The compressive cold resistance coefficient of copolymer at -70 ℃ still reached 0.59. DMTA analysis also showed that the copolymer had a loss modulus peak at -84.4 ° C and a general fluorosilicone rubber at -62.4 ° C. The copolymer had better low-temperature properties than the general fluorosilicone rubber.
