本文对烃类在不同ZSM-5分子筛上吸—脱附的动态行为进行了研究。描述了程序升温脱附过程中扩散系数和扩散活化能的计算模型;测定了环己烷在ZSM-5分子筛样品上的迎头流出曲线。发现环己烷在ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附存在着可逆和不可逆两个过程,后者受环己烷在分子筛内部孔道的扩散所制约,同时不同样品上吸附性能的差异与X-射线衍射峰的特征以及甲醇转化为汽油的反应性能之间存在着密切关系。谱图属A 型的ZSM-5分子筛对环己烷有较大的吸附量、较小的孔道扩散障碍和较好的甲醇转化反应稳定性。
In this paper, the dynamic behavior of hydrocarbon adsorption-desorption on different ZSM-5 zeolites was studied. The calculation model of diffusion coefficient and diffusion activation energy during the temperature-programmed desorption process is described. The head-on outflow curve of cyclohexane on the ZSM-5 zeolite sample is measured. It was found that the adsorption of cyclohexane on ZSM-5 molecular sieve had reversible and irreversible processes. The latter was controlled by the diffusion of cyclohexane in the pores of the molecular sieve. The differences in adsorption properties between different samples and the X-ray diffraction peaks There is a close relationship between the characteristics of methanol and the reactivity of methanol to gasoline. ZSM-5 molecular sieve is a type of ZSM-5 molecular sieve greater adsorption of cyclohexane, smaller pore diffusion barrier and better methanol conversion reaction stability.
