在《三峡学刊》（社会科学版）1994年1期《三峡识字教学新系统》一文中的64音法等日渐受到国内外重视。北京有的大学支教扫盲队决定运用推广64音法。任教于墨尔本Monash大学与香港岭南学院的香港中国语文学会《语文建设通讯》主编胡百华先生决定用64音法“汉语教学（包括对外汉语）的新教材”,上次文章只简单谈了一下64音扫盲识字,若要编进大、中学教材,许多方面还需要讨论得更深入些
In the “Three Gorges” (Social Science Edition) 1994 1 “Three Gorges Teaching System,” a new 64 pronunciation method has been increasingly valued at home and abroad. Some universities in Beijing branch support literacy team decided to promote the use of 64 tone. Hu Baihua, editor-in-chief of Chinese Language Communication at Hong Kong Chinese Association, Monash University Melbourne, and Lingnan College, Hong Kong, decided to use 64 tones of “new teaching material for Chinese teaching (including Chinese as a foreign language)”. In the last article, we only talked about 64 tones Literacy literacy, to compile the textbooks of large and middle schools, many aspects need to be discussed in more depth
