采用激光-MIG(Metal-Inert Gas)复合焊对12 mm厚的A6N01S-T5铝合金进行焊接试验,并对焊接接头进行性能测试,结果表明:焊接接头成型良好,无明显气孔及未熔合等缺陷;焊缝组织为典型的树枝状晶的铸态组织,打底层焊缝宽度约2mm,热影响区宽度约9 mm,均明显比盖面层焊缝(约3 mm)和热影响区的宽度(约12 mm)窄,且接头有明显的软化现象;在等幅、等频率交变应力作用下,载荷应力比越大,焊接接头疲劳寿命也就越短。
The welding test of 12 mm thick A6N01S-T5 aluminum alloy was carried out by laser-MIG (Metal-Inert Gas) composite welding, and the performance of the welded joint was tested. The results show that the welded joint is well-formed with no obvious pores and unfused defects . The weld microstructure is a typical dendritic as-cast structure. The width of the base weld is about 2 mm and the width of the heat affected zone is about 9 mm, which is obviously higher than the width of the welding seam (about 3 mm) and the heat affected zone (About 12 mm) narrow, and the joints have a significant softening phenomenon; equivalent amplitude, frequency alternating stress, the greater the load-to-stress ratio, the fatigue life of welded joints will be shorter.
