目的探讨绝经期妇女困难取器导致晕厥的原因,制定出切实可行的护理措施。方法回顾本院2006年3月至2007年7月间118例取器困难时发生晕厥的14例患者进行了分析,找出发生的原因,制定出晕厥的防护措施。结果有效控制了晕厥的发生,手术得以顺利实施。结论对绝经期困难取器的妇女术前准备完善,术中仔细操作,严密观察,处理及时,术后继续施行护理,是保证手术顺利实施的有效护理方法。
Objective To investigate the causes of dysphagia in menopause women and to develop practical nursing measures. Methods From March 2006 to July 2007 in our hospital, 118 cases of syncope occurred in 118 patients with difficulty taking the case were analyzed to find out the cause of the occurrence of protective measures to develop a faint. The results effectively control the occurrence of syncope, surgery can be successfully implemented. Conclusions The preoperative preparation of women with difficulty in taking menopause, the careful operation in operation, close observation, timely treatment and continuous nursing after operation are the effective nursing methods to ensure the successful operation.
