用操作性条件反射法,观察烟酸对大鼠脑缺血再灌注引起的操作性记忆再现障碍的保护作用.用动脉夹将大鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭20min后放开,造成脑缺血再灌注损伤.脑缺血对照组大鼠固定比率(FR4)操作反应率下降,操作潜伏期延长,辨别性操作正确率下降,7d后无明显恢复.脑缺血前后均给予烟酸10,20mg·kg-1·d-1各7d,大鼠的上述变化轻于脑缺血后给予烟酸10,20mg·kg-1·d-1共7d的大鼠.尤其高剂量组缺血再灌造成的损害轻,恢复快.提示烟酸对大鼠脑缺血再灌性记忆再现障碍有保护作用
To observe the protective effects of nicotinic acid on the disturbance of recurrent memory impairment caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats by operative condition reflex method. After clamping the bilateral common carotid arteries with an artery clip for 20 minutes, the rats were released, resulting in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. The reaction rate of fixed rate (FR4) in rats with cerebral ischemia decreased, the latency of operation prolonged, the accuracy of discernibility decreased, but no obvious recovery after 7 days. Before and after cerebral ischemia were given niacin 10, 20mg · kg-1 · d-1 each 7d, the above changes in rats lighter than niacin 10,20mg · kg-1 · d-1 for 7 days after cerebral ischemia Rat. In particular, high-dose group of ischemia-reperfusion caused less damage, faster recovery. Suggesting that nicotinic acid has a protective effect on memory impairment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats
