2013年,全国广电系统深入学习领会党的十八大、十八届三中全会和习近平总书记系列讲话精神,贯彻落实中央做出的一系列重大战略部署和新理念、新论断、新举措,制定、出台一系列政策规定,增强广电行业履行主流媒体政治责任、社会责任的意识及坚持改革开放的自觉性和坚定性。这一年的广电“新政”可以概括为合并、调控、扶持、节俭、停播、过顶六个关键词。本文对此加以梳理,借此管窥广电行业的发展走向。关键词一:合并
In 2013, the national radio and television system thoroughly studied and comprehended the spirit of the speech made by the 18th CPC National Congress, the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping, implemented a series of major strategic arrangements and new concepts, new conclusions and measures made by the Central Government, Formulated and promulgated a series of policies and regulations to enhance the awareness of the radio and television industry in fulfilling the political responsibility of the mainstream media and social responsibility as well as the conscientiousness and firmness of upholding the reform and opening up.
