文章论述商业秘密的基本特征及目前在市场经济下存在的侵犯商业秘密的不正当竞争行为,提出认真贯彻《技术合同法》《反不正当竞争法》加强商业秘密的法律保护。
The article discusses the basic characteristics of trade secrets and the current unfair competition in the market economy that violate trade secrets. It proposes to conscientiously implement the “Technology Contract Law” and “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” to strengthen the legal protection of trade secrets.
