[目的]了解商丘市某高等职业院校学生艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识的知晓情况及态度,为有关部门开展AIDS健康教育活动、有效阻断HIV传播提供依据。[方法]2011年11月15～18日,采用整群随机抽样法,对商丘市某高等院校学校1 000名在校学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查学生985人,AIDS相关知识知晓率为87.03%,其中对12项AIDS知识全部知晓的427人,占43.35%。艾滋病相关知识知识晓率,计算机专业为88.12%,艺术专业为89.47%,外语专业为88.98%,体育专业为82.60%(P<0.01)。AIDS相关态度正确率为53.03%。艾滋病相关态度计算机专业为53.00%,艺术系专业为63.58%,外语专业为56.26%,体育专业为43.80%(P<0.01)。[结论]该高等职业院校大学生掌握AIDS有关知识不够全面。
[Objective] To understand the knowledge and attitude of HIV / AIDS related knowledge among students in a higher vocational college in Shangqiu and provide the basis for relevant departments to carry out AIDS health education activities and effectively block the transmission of HIV. [Methods] From November 15 to November 18, 2011, a cluster random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1,000 students in a certain higher learning school in Shangqiu. [Results] The surveyed 985 students, awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was 87.03%, of which 427 were all 12 knowledge of AIDS, accounting for 43.35%. AIDS-related knowledge and knowledge rate, 88.12% in computer science, art for 89.47%, 88.98% for foreign language major, sports major is 82.60% (P <0.01). AIDS-related attitude correct rate was 53.03%. 53.00% for AIDS-related attitude, 63.58% for arts major, 56.26% for foreign language major, and 43.80% for physical education major (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The higher vocational college undergraduates have not enough knowledge about AIDS.
