我们在奥氏体不锈钢钻孔中,常遇到切屑缠在钻头上,再无法进行加工,严重造成工件损坏,以至酿成事故。奥氏体不锈钢的物理特性是塑性大,韧性高,故断屑困难。我们在实践中,通过多次试验提出如下解决办法,在钻床进给齿轮箱齿轮系中,去掉主动轮上两个齿(见附图)。这样在传动过程中,主动轮就间歇地失去传递功能。即机床在运转中进给系统周期作中断给进,也就实现了断屑功能,经过实践,完全达
