[目的]研究电子废弃物拆解对人体8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine,8-OH-DG)水平的影响,分析相关影响因素。[方法]对浙江台州某电子废弃物拆解地区进行卫生行为学调查,采集280名拆解区女性(暴露区209名,对照区71名)的生物样本(尿液,血液)并测定了尿中8-OH-DG的含量,采用多元回归分析血中Cu、Fe等与8-OH-DG的相关性。[结果]从事酸洗工艺的拆解者体内8-OH-DG的水平相比正常对照区人群升高,职业拆解人群的8-OH-DG水平与其血清中铜、钾、锌的含量、手工拆解和焚烧工艺呈现负相关,与血清中铁的含量、年龄、酸洗工艺呈现正相关。[结论]电子废弃物拆解中从事酸洗工艺的人群受影响较大,其尿液中8-OH-DG水平升高。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of disassembly of electronic waste on the level of 8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine (8-OH-DG) in human body and analyze the related factors. [Method] A survey of hygiene behaviors of an electronic waste dismantling area in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province was conducted. A total of 280 biological samples (urine and blood) from 280 women in the dismantling area (209 in the exposed area and 71 in the control area) were collected and urine In the content of 8-OH-DG, multivariate regression analysis of blood Cu, Fe and other 8-OH-DG correlation. [Results] The level of 8-OH-DG in the disassemblers engaged in the pickling process was higher than that in the normal control area. The level of 8-OH-DG in the occupational disassembled population was positively correlated with the content of copper, potassium and zinc in serum, Manual disassembly and incineration process showed a negative correlation with serum iron content, age, pickling process showed a positive correlation. [Conclusion] The population engaged in pickling process in e-waste disassembly is greatly affected, and the level of 8-OH-DG in urine is increased.
