由于321不锈钢需加入Ti作为稳定化元素,使得该钢种在连铸过程中存在水口堵塞、结晶器内“结鱼”、板坯表面质量差等问题,特别在采用低成本的高硫高磷含镍生铁作为原料组织生产时,问题尤为严重。针对上述情况,宝钢不锈钢公司通过堵塞物和“结鱼”的实验室分析,解析了产生上述问题的原因,生产过程中设定了Ti、N、O等关键控制项,初步解决了321钢种浇铸过程中的工艺问题,保证了产品的质量。
