目的:规范临床依法合理用血,提高医务人员输血风险防范意识。方法:对2006年辖区内91所和2009年辖区内102所临床用血医疗机构的临床依法合理用血情况进行监督执法检查并分析其结果。结果:省城临床用血工作已步入正轨,绝大多数医疗机构临床用血符合管理要求,但仍有部分医疗机构不符合临床用血标准的要求。结论:部分医疗机构管理者对临床用血的重要性未引起足够重视,应尽快加强医疗机构临床合理用血培训,提高临床医生依法合理用血意识,减小患者输血风险。
Objective: To standardize the rational use of blood in clinical practice and to raise awareness of blood transfusion prevention among medical staffs. Methods: To supervise and enforce the clinical use of blood in 91 clinics in 2009 and 102 clinical medical institutions in 2009 in accordance with the law, and analyze the results. Results: The provincial blood clinical work has been on the right track, the vast majority of clinical use of blood in medical institutions meet regulatory requirements, but there are still some medical institutions do not meet clinical blood requirements. Conclusion: Some medical institution managers have not paid enough attention to the importance of clinical blood. So it is necessary to strengthen clinical training of medical institutions with blood as soon as possible to improve clinicians’ awareness of using blood and reduce the risk of blood transfusion.
