自2006年《中华人民共和国公证法》的颁布至今已有十多年的时间,这十多年来我国经济水平有了十分显著的提高,各个行业都逐步的开始了在从业内容及形式上的创新。而公证行业也应该适应经济发展的需求,寻求改革创新的发展道路,不断地完善自身的体制建设。本文首先分析了现如今公证行业存在的诸多问题,然后针对这些问题探究了相应的改进措施,希望可以为新形势下公证服务的创新提供一些参考。
Since the promulgation of the Notary Law of the People’s Republic of China in 2006, more than 10 years have passed since the promulgation of the notarial law of the People’s Republic of China in 2006. The economic level of our country has been significantly improved over the past 10 years and various industries have gradually begun to work in contents and forms Innovation. The notarized industry should also meet the needs of economic development, seek reform and innovation in the road of development, and constantly improve their own institutional building. This paper first analyzes many problems existing in the notary industry nowadays, then probes into the corresponding improvement measures in view of these problems, hoping to provide some references for the innovation of notary public service under the new situation.
