集体企业是我国经济环境下的特有产物,对促进社会经济的发展有着重要的作用。然而,由于集体企业体制上的特征,在其经营管理过程中,集体企业在经营管理方面同一般企业相比有着其独有的特点。针对电力企业来看,电力集体企业是我国市场经济发展过程中电力体制改革过程中形成的特有的企业经营体制。为了保障我国当前社会经济和国民生产生活中的用电,加强电力集体企业的经营管理、开展积极有效的企业发展策略是当前电力集体企业面临的重要问题。本文结合笔者的实际工作经验,对电力集体企业经营管理模式及其发展与改革的方向进行了初步的研究与探讨。
Collective enterprises are peculiar products under the economic environment of our country and play an important role in promoting social and economic development. However, due to the institutional characteristics of collective enterprises, collective enterprises have their unique characteristics in operation and management in comparison with the general enterprises in their operation and management. For power companies, collective power enterprises are unique enterprise management systems formed in the process of power system reform in China’s market economy. In order to protect the electricity consumption in the current social economy and national production and life in our country and strengthen the operation and management of electric power collective enterprises, it is an important issue for current electric power collective enterprises to carry out a positive and effective strategy for enterprise development. Based on the author’s actual working experience, this paper makes a preliminary study and discussion on the operation and management mode of electric power collective enterprises and the direction of their development and reform.
