采用W/O/W型复乳制备聚原酸酯载甲氨喋呤(MTX)毫微囊微球,通过多种条件实验,制备了聚原酸酯载药毫微囊,并对药物体外释放动力学进行研究。结果表明有机溶剂组成、内部水相药物浓度、溶剂挥发温度等均对毫微囊的结构与性能产生影响,经优化所制备毫微囊粒径在500~800nm之间,药物包封率高。
Poly (ortho) methotrexate (MTX) nanocapsules microspheres were prepared by W / O / W double emulsion. Polyrotaxate loaded nanocapsules were prepared by a variety of experimental conditions. Release kinetics for research. The results showed that the composition of the organic solvent, the concentration of the internal aqueous phase drug, the temperature of solvent evaporation and so on all had an impact on the structure and properties of the nanocapsules. The nanocapsules with the diameter of 500 ~ 800nm were prepared by optimization.
