青年公务员工作时间不长,正处于职业观全面养成或者成熟的重要阶段。相较于老一辈公务员,职业诉求更加敏感,思想状况更加灵活,诉求表达更加直接。深入研究年轻公务员的职业满意状况,不仅只涉现在,更关乎将来。本次调研以宁波市市直机关年轻公务员(35周岁以下)为调查对象,设置确定样本量为166人,占比总人数约15%,调研样本覆盖了20个宁波市直机关单位。职业满意度现状分析职业感知方面:首先是“稳
Young civil servants work time is not long, is in an important phase of the full or mature mature career view. Compared with the older generation of civil servants, occupational demands are more sensitive, the state of mind is more flexible, and demands are expressed more directly. Studying in depth the career satisfaction of young civil servants involves not only the present but the future.
