为探索硝化棉(NC)/硝化甘油(NG)吸收药片的最佳溶胀溶剂以及吸收药片预烘处理对溶胀行为的影响,采用称重法研究了经过预烘处理和未经预烘处理的吸收药片在乙酸乙酯和丙酮单一溶剂以及乙醚/乙醇、乙醇/丙酮和乙醇/乙酸乙酯等混合溶剂中的自由溶胀过程,并采用“示线追踪法”研究了丙酮,乙酸乙酯和乙醇/乙醚混合溶剂(V_(乙醇)∶V_(乙醚)=1∶2)在吸收药条中的一维扩散行为。获得了吸收药片在各溶剂中的自由溶胀动力学方程以及丙酮、乙酸乙酯和乙醇/乙醚(V_(乙醇)∶V_(乙醚)=1∶2)三种溶剂在吸收药条中的一维扩散方程。结果表明,从溶胀速率和平衡溶胀度综合考虑,乙酸乙酯和乙醇/乙酸乙酯对吸收药片的综合溶胀效果最优;预烘处理能提高吸收药片在溶剂中平衡溶胀度以及初始溶胀速率;吸收药片在溶剂中的溶胀速率与溶剂在吸收药片中的“一维扩散”速率无直接相关性。

The pretreatment can improve the equilibrium swelling degree and the initial swelling rate of the absorbed tablets in the solvent. There is no direct correlation between the swelling rate of the absorbent tablet in the solvent and the “one-dimensional diffusion” rate of the solvent in the absorbent tablet.
