故障现象一辆行驶里程为22.5万km的2005款凯迪拉克CTS轿车,客户反映4个车门的电动车窗玻璃升降失灵(均无法升降)。据客户称,该车曾有一次在下雨天时忘记关闭右后车门玻璃,一个多星期后玻璃升降器便不能工作了,分别操作各个车门上的开关,电动车窗玻璃升降器均无动作。故障诊断由于4个车门的电动车窗玻璃升降器同时失灵,因此可以排除各个车门玻璃升降器电动机的故障,因为4个车门的玻璃升降器电动机同时损坏的可能性不大。
